Prime's Story

Prime Hall is a former U.S. Marine Raider, performance coach, founder, and thought leader dedicated to helping people master themselves under pressure. His work lives at the intersection of resilience, emotional intelligence, and human performance—guiding individuals and teams to turn stress into clarity, fear into focus, and adversity into growth.

Prime’s journey was forged long before Special Operations. Raised in a childhood shaped by instability and early responsibility, he learned how to stay calm inside chaos—a skill that later defined his military career. But his greatest test came not in combat, but in the transition home, when the loss of mission and identity forced him to rebuild from the inside out.

That turning point led him back to the water, where he created Deep End Fitness and the F.R.E.E. Operating System—a proven framework built on Focus, Relaxation, Economy of Motion, and Efficient Breathing. What began as personal healing has evolved into a repeatable system used by Special Operations forces, elite athletes, first responders, and high-performing leaders around the world.

After earning his MBA from USC and being recognized as a Poets & Quants Top 100 MBA student, Prime went on to found the Underwater Torpedo League and expand Deep End Fitness globally through elite partnerships and leadership activations. He also leads Operation Resilience, a nonprofit dedicated to healing, community, and transition support for Special Operations Veterans.

Today, Prime is known for his ability to translate pressure into presence and adversity into purpose. Through his upcoming book, Permission to Heal, and his live and digital experiences, he continues his mission to redefine strength—and to teach the world what becomes possible when calm becomes a skill and resilience becomes a way of life.
