A/V & stage requirements
Prime’s presentations are engaging, high-energy and visually supported. The setup below gives your audience the best experience. Prime’s team will send the final deck in advance and coordinate directly with your A/V or production team.
Preferred setup
- Wireless lavalier or headset microphone, so Prime can move freely and engage the audience.
- Presentation screen, projector or LED display that plays PowerPoint/Keynote slides, including embedded video and audio.
- House sound system that can play audio from slides and videos.
- Confidence monitor, preferred for larger stages.
- Presentation clicker, preferred. Prime can bring his own if needed.
- HDMI or USB-C connectivity, or the right adapters for playback.
- Stage lighting suitable for audience visibility and professional photo and video.
- Water on stage.
Workshops & interactive sessions
Open floor space may be requested depending on the format and level of participation. Any specialized requirements, including pool access for in-water activations, are confirmed in advance.
Travel
Round-trip airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations and reasonable travel expenses for the speaker. Travel is included in your proposal.
