Keynote Topics

Three keynotes.
One question.

How do we prepare people to regulate, adapt and perform when pressure rises? Each keynote is tailored to your audience and the pressures they actually face.

01

Performance Under Pressure

How Elite Performers Prepare for the Moments That Matter Most

Pressure doesn’t create who you are; it reveals how you have prepared.

Drawing from Marine Special Operations, elite athletics and more than a decade of human-performance work, Prime teaches audiences to regulate their state, maintain focus and execute when the stakes are high, using the F.R.E.E. Operating System™: Focus, Relaxation, Economy of Motion and Efficient Breathing.

Audience takeaway

Pressure becomes something you can prepare for rather than something you simply endure. You have the choice to respond instead of react.

02

Adaptive Capacity

The Competitive Advantage of High-Performing People and Teams

Resilience isn’t rigidity. It’s the ability to adjust.

The best performers aren’t immune to adversity, mistakes or stress. From an athlete recovering after a bad play to a leader navigating organizational uncertainty, the advantage isn’t avoiding disruption. It’s shortening the time it takes to adapt.

Audience takeaway

Move from reaction to regulation, and turn pressure, setbacks and uncertainty into forward momentum.

03

Permission to Heal

Redefining Strength for Warriors, Leaders & High Performers

What happens when the traits that made you successful become the very things holding you back?

Based on Prime’s Wiley-published book, this keynote explores identity, transition, leadership and purpose, and the realization that healing doesn’t make high performers weaker. It can expand their capacity to lead and perform.

Audience takeaway

True strength isn’t simply the capacity to endure more. It’s developing the capacity to process, adapt, heal and continue forward.

Case in point · Fox Sports HR Retreat
“An incredible experience for our team and, according to many, our best retreat yet. Prime created a unique shared experience while giving our team real skills and tools they could use in their day-to-day lives.”

“Prime then took the lessons from the presentation into practical application in the pool, where Marines were challenged to control their breathing, remain calm under stress, and work together under pressure. Marines with little to no water confidence successfully completed advanced tasks, while the training as a whole strengthened teamwork, resilience, confidence, and unit cohesion.”
2d Battalion, 4th Marines
“Prime’s presentation was personal, candid, and hard-hitting, hooking the Marines from start to finish. His story resonated deeply, demonstrating how he overcame setbacks, found purpose, and continued to challenge himself.”
